Ordering
Please submit your meal selections via the menu page. An email will be sent to us as well as confirmation to you that your order has been placed. We will then review your order and send you an invoice to be paid in full via Venmo @endresendeavors.
Payment must be made to validate your order. We cannot prepare meals that are unpaid.
Please make any allergies clear so we can make note of them during preparation.
While all our meals are described on the menu and labeled with ingredients on the packaging, we are not responsible for your consumption of a known allergen that is clearly labeled. (ex. the quiche contains eggs, and you choose to eat eggs and are allergic)
Operations
The weekly menu will be posted on Wednesdays. Orders are due by Friday at noon. We will email you an invoice to confirm your order and request payment via Venmo. Please contact us if you have not received a personal invoice by Friday evening.
If you should need to cancel your order after submission, you will have until Saturday at midnight to do so for a full refund.
Once the groceries are purchased, a 50% refund is available.
We cook the following Monday and meal delivery is on Tuesday between 12 and 4 pm.
We will confirm via text that your order has been delivered to your residence.
Please assist us with any special delivery instructions we may need by noting them in the order comments.
In the event we cannot access your residence due to poor road conditions, we will contact you to arrange an alternate drop-off or pick-up location.
Policies
Once the order has been delivered to you, Wicked Delicious is not responsible for the handling of the food. If it is improperly stored, heated, or consumed past the recommended consumption date, we are not liable for your negligence of our product.
All meals must be refrigerated until intended to be eaten, unless you freeze them on or before the date noted on the packaging. It is recommended that you consume our food within the week if refrigerated and within 3 months if frozen.
